Weekend at Broken Bow

We had such a fun weekend in Broken Bow with our friends, the Corbridges.  We stayed in this gorgeous cabin and it was so beautiful and peaceful.  It had game tables and a hot tub and a beautiful wrap around porch.  The surrounding trees were enormous.  It was just lovely.  We spent most of the days we were there boating.  The lake there is gorgeous.  Other than some rain, we had nice weather and were able to enjoy our time together.

The first day Dad and Brielle and Emmitt and I went early to enjoy some fishing time on the lake.  Then before heading to the cabin we visited the Hochatown Saloon for a great local restaurant experience.

First day fishing.  Sadly there was not a single fish caught.  But the views were worth the trip.

The inside of the cabin!

Hot tub on the back porch.  Pretty Heavenly.

Boating/ swimming/ just having a great time!

The rain storm- it came and went fairly fast...so it didnt ruin our fun.  We pulled out for a bit and got snow cones and by then the rain stopped.

Makenna, Tyson, Brielle and Kylie stayed up super late/ early one night and all sorts of silliness occurred- including this attempt to stay dry in the hot tub.

We moved the home MTC to be the cabin MTC.  I think it worked out pretty great.  It was nice to have him with us and I think he enjoyed the change of view.

It was a fabulous getaway weekend.  We had a blast and are so grateful for good friends to share these good times with.
