A New Ice Cream Place in Town

Our town of Prosper is just popping these days with all sorts of new shops and restaurants opening up all the time.  Today we dropped in on a new ice cream place that features rolled ice cream.  Kind of a novelty so it was fun.  But at $8 a pop, we'll keep this place for special occasions.
