I can hardly believe we have had precious Emmitt with us for 6 months- half a year! Not to be cheesey or anything but it really does seem like just yesterday we were bringing him home from the hospital.... 
Kevin tells me that the pose and angle I use for this monthly picture makes Emmitt look like he has enormous legs and a small body and head. I really don't see it but just in case anyone out there was wondering- he's quite perfectly proportioned (at least for a baby).

And a new development for this photot shoot- no longer is he content to recline in the corner of the couch- no - now he sits himself up all on his own (and then falls over one direction or another but still...)6 Month Check Up Stats
