Let the Halloween Fun Begin

In my childhood, I am quite sure Halloween was just a one day sort of holiday. Now that I have kids it has turned into some sort of never ending costume and candy festival. Between preschool parties, mba parties and cosmo parties.. the fun goes on and on. And it isnt even Halloween yet!

We must give credit to Scott for Kevin's fabulous costume. Scott bought it for a party on Friday and Kevin used it Saturday. Scott called it "The Electric Elvis." The chest hair was definitely the best/ scariest part.

These frightening ghost treats were my entry in the MBASA's scariest dessert contest. As always, they didnt turn out quite as planned but they definitely are frightening.

These are pictures from a pumpking patch we went to on Thursday in Pleasant grove. We had a little trouble finding it so it got kinda dark- but it was fun nonetheless. While searching for pumpkins Brayden said, "this is the greatest day of my life." Kids are so easy to please, arent they? The highlight for Makenna was some horses in a nearby pasture and for Brayden and Kevin it was the hayride.

These kids are all part of the preschool co op that I do with some other moms. It gets a bit crazy.

Nice costumes!! Brayden is hilarious...("This is the greatest day of my life!") Meg and I just back from our ward Trunk n' Treat...kids everywhere! There were some great costumes, but electric Elvis would definitely have added to the festive atmosphere. Anyway, Happy Halloween to you guys. Take care.
