Christmas

We had a nice simple Christmas this year.  On Christmas Eve, we went ice skating and then we came home and watched a movie and then went out for dinner at Macaroni Grill.  Then we came home and acted out the nativity and opened our Christmas PJ's.  It was as exciting as ever.

Then we had a wonderful Christmas morning as everyone was spoiled with gifts and we ate treats and played all day long.  The Petersons had us over for dinner which was nice.

Six Flags

We decided to buy season passes to Six Flags this year and went over Christmas Break, with our friends the Albertis.  The lines were pretty crazy but we still managed to have a great time (despite Emmitts face in this picture).

Brielle's Class Christmas Party

Emmitt and I joined Brielle for her class party.  It was a whole lot of festive fun!

Gingerbread with the Petersons

We are so glad we have some family around.  Matt Peterson (my cousin on my moms side) moved into our neighborhood and we love having them close.  It has been great.  They so kindly invited us over to do gingerbread houses and we had a great time!

Prosper Christmas Parade

Prosper has a fun little Christmas parade every year and since our ward was in it this year to promote our live nativity we had to go check it out.  Afterwards there were some fun activities like face painting and pictures with Santa.  And the weather that day was just beautiful!
