Cool Wrestling pics

Right now Braydens life is consumed by wrestling and hes having a very succesful season.  We are really proud of him.  He works really hard and it takes tremendous discipline- particularly in maintaining a steady low weight.  He made varsity and has been pretty awesome.  Here's some great pics from a recent Dual.

Maui!

Grandma and Grandpa have a time share at the Maui Marriott on Kaanapali beach and they have long told us we are welcome to come sometime.  Well finally this was the year we could make it happen and it was an AMAZING vacation.  I'll probably make a whole book out of this vacation so I'll just share a few of my favorite pics here. 

A Winning Weekend

This weekend Brayden participated in the Colleyville Heritage Tournament and walked away with1st place in his weight class.  It was epic.  While Kevin spent the day watching the Braydens wrestling tournament I took the kids to the Prosper Christmas festival where Makenna completed some service hours working as an elf at Santas workshop.  Brielle and Emmitt had a great time collecting plenty of free loot from the vendors there.  It was a good time had by all.

 And then the very next day we were off to Hawaii!

True Texans

Brayden recently bought a pellet gun- with hopes of taking out some of the pesky bunnies that wreak havoc in our yard.  Its been quite a fun hobby for all the kids- shooting cans and boxes and other targets.  You know you are in Texas when...

A trip to the Fort Worth Zoo

The kids and I killed some time over Thanksgiving Break by visiting the Fort Worth Zoo.  Im afraid my days of having kids that loved the zoo are over.  But we still had a good time.
